When the earrings finally arrived they are nice

I'm sorry you had an extended wait. the earrings are customised and there was a waiting list at the time you placed your order. i believe the warehouse had just returned from holiday and so there was a small backlog of orders waiting to be processed. we are working on this and wait times will be shorter in future.
