Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders placed Within a maximum of two working days. Our standard UK delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for, which we find typically takes between two or three working days, including Saturdays. *This does not include engraved and personalised goods.

Packages shipped from our warehouses based in China, will be shipped by ePacket or through EMS/DHL/UPS/FED EX, depending on the package weight, size, and location (you will see a notification for products located in these warehouses). The typical delivery time frame is:

9-15 days (During peak holiday seasons this could be slightly longer)

Please note these are conservative time frames. You may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
